Tasks

  • Develop future sorbent technologies based on key performance indicators
  • Stay updated with emerging sorbent technologies through literature, patents, and industry networks
  • Apply advanced analytical tools for rapid technical feasibility assessments
  • Develop structured evaluation frameworks to identify promising sorbent materials
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize next-generation sorbents in the market
  • Run testing campaigns to assess sorbent potential for Climeworks’ technology
  • Support the build-up and maintenance of a sorbent database
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of laboratory infrastructure
  • Implement a safety-first culture in the lab
  • Accurately document all experimental work
  • Protect confidential concepts and arrange NDAs when needed
  • Inform patent stakeholders about new ideas and designs
  • Follow Climeworks safety rules
  • Communicate potential risks
  • Participate in safety exercises and trainings
