- Experience in technology scouting
- Experience in external innovation
- Setting up evaluation frameworks with minimal entry criteria
- Comfortable leading own workstreams

Tasks
- Develop future sorbent technologies based on key performance indicators
- Stay updated on emerging sorbent technologies
- Apply advanced analytical tools for technical feasibility assessments
- Develop evaluation frameworks to identify promising sorbent materials
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize next-generation sorbents
- Run testing campaigns to assess sorbent potential
- Support building and maintaining a sorbent database
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of laboratory infrastructure
- Implement a safety-first culture
- Accurately document all experimental work
- Protect confidential concepts
- Arrange NDAs when needed
- Inform patent stakeholders about new ideas and designs
- Follow safety rules
- Communicate potential risks
- Participate in safety exercises and trainings
