  • Setting up evaluation frameworks with minimal entry criteria

  • Develop evaluation frameworks to identify promising sorbent materials
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize next-generation sorbents
  • Run testing campaigns to assess sorbent potential
  • Support building and maintaining a sorbent database
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of laboratory infrastructure
  • Implement a safety-first culture
  • Accurately document all experimental work
  • Protect confidential concepts
  • Arrange NDAs when needed
  • Inform patent stakeholders about new ideas and designs
  • Follow safety rules
  • Communicate potential risks
  • Participate in safety exercises and trainings
