Tasks
- •Identify operational hazards and conduct risk assessments
- •Monitor the effectiveness of mitigation measures
- •Analyze safety data for the Safety Review Board
- •Maintain and improve SMS documentation and processes
- •Advise on flight safety and regulatory compliance
- •Investigate internal occurrences and accidents
- •Promote safety culture through communication and engagement
- •Plan and conduct audits across operational departments
- •Identify systemic risks and reporting trends
- •Support the Flight Data Monitoring program
- •Monitor subcontracted activities for compliance
- •Deliver safety and compliance training for personnel
- •Identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
