Tasks
- Engage with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define and refine requirements
- Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate Quality Assurance activities for the engineering team
- Manage test planning and execution for each release
- Define the scope of testing and develop detailed test plans
- Execute test cases to ensure quality deliverables
- Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automated tests
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results
- Document, track, and manage defects according to internal procedures
- Assist in refining incident and problem management workflows
- Monitor all stages of the software development lifecycle for system issues
- Proactively report risks and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of quality within the engineering team
- Encourage best practices and continuous improvement in quality engineering processes
- Contribute to the refinement of established team and Quality Engineering processes
- Collaborate with other development teams to enhance quality engineering practices
