Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- •Minimum 5 years of QA experience
- •Solid understanding of testing methodologies, standards, and tools
- •Experience with agile testing practices and software development lifecycle
- •API, Performance, and Load testing skills
- •Familiarity with SQL and non-SQL databases
- •Ability to write, review, and maintain automated tests; coding skills in at least one language
- •Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (preferably Git)
- •Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- •Proficient in leveraging AI to enhance daily Quality Engineering work
- •Experience with process orchestration platforms (e.g.: Camunda)
- •Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- •Experience in large-scale legacy system migrations

- •Engage with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define and refine requirements
- •Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate Quality Assurance activities for the engineering team
- •Manage test planning and execution for each release
- •Define the scope of testing and develop detailed test plans
- •Execute test cases to ensure quality deliverables
- •Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automated tests
- •Execute automated test suites and analyze results
- •Document, track, and manage defects according to internal procedures
- •Assist in refining incident and problem management workflows
- •Monitor all stages of the software development lifecycle for system issues
- •Proactively report risks and provide insights for continuous improvement
- •Promote a culture of quality within the engineering team
- •Encourage best practices and continuous improvement in quality engineering processes
- •Contribute to the refinement of established team and Quality Engineering processes
- •Collaborate with other development teams to enhance quality engineering practices
