Tasks
- Manage projects within the global CTO organization
- Support building and rolling out new product functionalities
- Lead and deliver complex projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, including kernel development teams
- Communicate with regional stakeholders and clients
- Manage scope, risks, issues, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Align project management with Top Management and C-suite executives
- Develop mitigation strategies for risks and issues
- Provide weekly project status updates to Top Management
- Communicate project progress and potential roadblocks to Top Management
- Bridge product vision and delivery approach
- Ensure deadlines are met according to project timelines
- Lead cross-divisional and cross-functional project teams
- Oversee project budgets
- Constantly review Estimate To Complete (ETC) based on project progress
- Conduct post-project evaluations
- Identify areas for improvement and lessons learned
- Mentor and develop junior project managers
- Mentor and develop team members
