Requirements
- 8-10 years Project Management experience in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, BPaaS contexts
- Proven track record in complex international environments
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Jira software
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Natural ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated risk management and treatment strategy development
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong experience managing end-to-end program execution
- Experience managing programs across multiple cross-functional teams
- Experience managing programs through software project lifecycle
- Exceptional leadership and team motivation skills
- Aptitude to discuss technical details with developers
- Aptitude to drive consensus among stakeholders
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience leading RFI&RFP processes
- Experience in vendor negotiation, contracting, hiring, managing third parties
- Relevant exposure to financial services industry
Tasks
- Manage projects within the global CTO organization
- Support building and rolling out new product functionalities
- Lead and deliver complex projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, including kernel development teams
- Communicate with regional stakeholders and clients
- Manage scope, risks, issues, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Align project management with Top Management and C-suite executives
- Develop mitigation strategies for risks and issues
- Provide weekly project status updates to Top Management
- Communicate project progress and potential roadblocks to Top Management
- Bridge product vision and delivery approach
- Ensure deadlines are met according to project timelines
- Lead cross-divisional and cross-functional project teams
- Oversee project budgets
- Constantly review Estimate To Complete (ETC) based on project progress
- Conduct post-project evaluations
- Identify areas for improvement and lessons learned
- Mentor and develop junior project managers
- Mentor and develop team members
