- GxP validation experience for AI/ML
- GxP validation experience for software systems
Tasks
- Own delivery plan across multiple teams
- Drive PI-level planning and manage dependencies
- Resolve blockers proactively
- Maintain RAID log and enforce scope discipline
- Lead release management and coordination
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments and shield teams from disruptions
- Coach on agile practices
- Track sprint health and support backlog refinement
- Ensure DoD compliance
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync
- Resolve dependencies across teams
- Manage Jira ALM structure and ensure hygiene
- Provide transparent status reporting to leadership
- Manage stakeholder expectations on MVP scope
- Coordinate with adjacent programmes and platform teams
