Tasks
- Build credibility and trust with customers during deal phases.
- Support sales teams in closing software and services deals.
- Provide oversight for implementation planning and estimating.
- Coordinate SAP Lines of Businesses and partners.
- Set up and lead all project lifecycle phases.
- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders, partners, and SAP Management.
- Lead projects to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure projects significantly impact customer business KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end services relationships.
- Manage steering committees and project office.
- Coordinate relationships between customers, partners, and SAP.
- Ensure projects deliver on-time and within budget.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction through billable consulting.
- Manage expectations for project plans and deliverables.
- Handle project risks, issues, and objections.
- Select, direct, and develop project team members.
- Create long-term value roadmaps and plans with customers.
- Achieve customer business objectives.
- Analyze and execute strategic projects.
- Build consensus among project stakeholders.
- Align project tactics with corporate strategy.
- Communicate project goals at a strategic level.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
