Tasks
- Develop and validate statistical programming code
- Maintain robust code for data preparation, reporting, and quality checks
- Plan and coordinate statistical programming milestones
- Align stakeholders on timelines, requirements, and deliverables
- Create and update macros, templates, and automated scripts
- Streamline data cleaning, validation, and routine reporting
- Collaborate with Data Management on Data Validation Plans
- Prepare datasets for statistical analysis
- Implement lean improvements and identify redundant steps
- Propose innovative solutions and introduce modern tools
- Ensure version control for programs and codes
- Mentor other programmers and coordinate knowledge-sharing
- Monitor and report on KPIs
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Adhere to ISO 9001 quality management standards
- Contribute to maintaining and improving the quality system
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned
- Support operational and organizational needs
- Manage and coordinate statistical programming activities
- Align activities with strategic objectives
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills
- Communicate technical topics concisely to internal stakeholders
- Identify and address critical issues quickly
- Understand and implement root cause solutions
- Act as key integrator within Clinical Operations
- Ensure seamless collaboration among teams
- Advocate lean methods and eliminate outdated processes
- Explore new technologies for automation and efficiency
- Offer mentorship and constructive feedback
- Maintain clear and compliant documentation
