Requirements

  • •Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field
  • •Experience in project or program management, ideally in pharma or CDMO
  • •Strong understanding of technical, commercial, and organizational factors
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programs
  • •Knowledge of GMP manufacturing and drug substance development
  • •Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • •Fluency in English; German is a plus

Bachelor's degree

Doctoral / PhD

Tasks

  • •Lead customer programs from technology transfer to GMP manufacturing
  • •Ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of projects
  • •Act as the main point of contact for customers

  • •Inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • •Promote shared ownership and high performance among team members
  • •Manage program scope, timelines, and financials
  • •Align projects with strategic business goals
  • •Collaborate to manage scope changes and support commercial strategies
  • •Identify and address risks proactively
  • •Ensure smooth issue resolution and continuous improvement
  • •Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and inclusion
