  • Make confident trade-off decisions under uncertainty
  • Ensure high quality with clear acceptance criteria
  • Define strong Definition of Done
  • Use data and KPIs to prioritize work
  • Measure impact with data and KPIs
  • Continuously improve delivery processes
  • Refine backlog based on insights
