- Conduct KPI-driven analysis
- Prioritize commercial initiatives
- Act as primary business interface to partners
- Ensure fast, reliable execution
- Collaborate with Brand/MarCom and Customer Care
- Deliver a consistent customer experience
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Fraud teams
- Define and drive the product roadmap
- Identify growth opportunities
- Strengthen the digital swype proposition
