Senior Product Manager(m/w/x)
Developing and executing marketing strategies for DACH ophthalmology portfolio. University degree in Business Administration or Marketing essential. Flexible ways of working, highly inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Several years of experience (typically 7+ years) in marketing roles with demonstrated strategic and operational impact, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical environment; strong industry experience with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and market dynamics
- University degree in Business Administration or Marketing (essential)
- Proven experience in developing and executing market-shaping and penetration strategies within a defined market or region, combined with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and measurable business outcomes
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments with the ability to drive initiatives independently, alongside managing external partners (e.g. agencies) and handling complex projects
- Strong background in omni-channel customer engagement, including a solid understanding of digital marketing, HCP activation, and analytics tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting; experience with CRM and marketing tools, as well as regulatory approval processes (e.g. MLR), and the ability to structure and present complex information clearly
- German and English required; French or Italian is a plus (not mandatory)
Tasks
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for DACH portfolio
- Strengthen market presence and access in DACH region
- Design and steer targeted HCP activation programs
- Collaborate with regional cross-functional teams and external partners
- Manage and develop marketing activities for DACH portfolio
- Conceive and execute marketing initiatives based on market insights
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies
- Contribute to overall portfolio and brand strategy
- Plan, control, and manage SG&A budgets in DACH market
- Optimize and execute brand and campaign plans across channels
- Conceive and manage marketing and communication materials
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer analyses
- Derive actionable insights from DACH market analyses
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams
- Manage review and approval processes for materials
- Support field force with relevant content and materials
- Manage external service providers and agencies
- Plan and execute congresses and events in DACH region
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance in DACH
- Participate in internal and external meetings
