- Drive customer impact through insights and analytics
- Build ATS features to improve hiring workflows
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to understand customer needs
- Turn user insights into actionable product improvements
- Structure and solve ambiguous problems
- Align stakeholders across multiple products and teams
- Keep the team focused and moving at a fast pace
- Influence product, design, engineering, marketing, and commercial stakeholders
