Tasks

• •Own the Good Chop customer experience across purchase, subscription, meal selection, ordering, loyalty, and engagement.
• •Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of customer problems and motivations.
• •Create innovative and engaging digital experiences.
• •Ensure the continued success and growth of the Good Chop business with the Good Chop MD and other Product Managers.
• •Define the long-term vision for Good Chop's digital experience.
• •Set data-driven multi-quarter roadmaps to achieve the vision.
• •Own the technical delivery of new features with a senior engineering team.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, commercial stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• •Own key input metrics across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• •Prioritize the roadmap to balance short and long-term customer and business needs.
