- 5+ years experience in product management
- Experience in B2B software environment (preferred)
- Experience in Cyber Security Operations (CSO), Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), or Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) (big plus)
- Proven track record managing product lifecycle
- Strong understanding of software development processes including agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and inspire stakeholders
- Practical experience with product management and data analysis tools
- Fluency in English
Tasks
- Shape and communicate a user-centric product vision.
- Analyze trends to uncover opportunities and risks.
- Build and maintain an impact-oriented roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams.
- Translate user problems into well-scoped requirements.
- Guide product area through the entire lifecycle.
- Ensure product clarity, quality, and alignment.
- Validate solutions through user testing and insights.
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Present product updates, roadmaps, and insights to leadership and teams.
- Foster relationships with customers, partners, and influencers.
- Develop go-to-market plans with marketing and sales.
- Provide product knowledge, training, and enablement materials.
- Monitor product adoption and health using data and insights.
- Understand customer pain points, needs, and workflows.
- Integrate customer feedback into product development.
- Champion a customer-centric culture.
