  • •Partner with Commercial and Enterprise Account Management to shape global payment products
  • •Balance internal priorities with customer objectives for high-impact delivery

  • •Ensure highly available and reliable systems for high payment success rates
  • •Analyze key reliability metrics and business opportunities
  • •Define success metrics and KPIs for API product adoption
  • •Automate reporting and enable data-driven decision-making
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to refine product requirements
  • •Lead roadmap planning and execution for key initiatives
  • •Stay ahead of regulatory changes and market trends in local payments
