Requirements

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years Product Manager experience in product-led company, ideally enterprise software
  • Understanding complex technical systems and customer value
  • Understanding of platform architecture, APIs, integrations, backend systems
  • Understanding of data collection, quality, structure, and data support
  • Interest in AI-driven product experiences and AI value creation
  • Critical thinking on AI methods for user experience and automation
  • Operate effectively in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Professional-level English, spoken and written
  • Experience with endpoint technologies, device troubleshooting, or observability products
  • Experience with L3 support, root cause analysis, or incident resolution
  • Working knowledge of ITSM tools and practices (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
  • Exposure to customer-facing roles (support, pre-sales, post-sales, customer success)

Tasks

  • Define and drive endpoint troubleshooting roadmap
  • Lead delivery of improved issue detection and resolution
  • Translate complex technical topics into product requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design teams
  • Research endpoint-related technical subjects
  • Identify AI opportunities for troubleshooting
  • Partner with support and customer teams
  • Define and track product impact metrics
