Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years Product Manager experience in product-led company, ideally enterprise software
- Understanding complex technical systems and customer value
- Understanding of platform architecture, APIs, integrations, backend systems
- Understanding of data collection, quality, structure, and data support
- Interest in AI-driven product experiences and AI value creation
- Critical thinking on AI methods for user experience and automation
- Operate effectively in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Professional-level English, spoken and written
- Experience with endpoint technologies, device troubleshooting, or observability products
- Experience with L3 support, root cause analysis, or incident resolution
- Working knowledge of ITSM tools and practices (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
- Exposure to customer-facing roles (support, pre-sales, post-sales, customer success)
Tasks
- Define and drive endpoint troubleshooting roadmap
- Lead delivery of improved issue detection and resolution
- Translate complex technical topics into product requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design teams
- Research endpoint-related technical subjects
- Identify AI opportunities for troubleshooting
- Partner with support and customer teams
- Define and track product impact metrics
