Senior Product Manager Device Management(m/w/x)
Building and scaling the Device Management business, developing strategy, defining pricing, and managing margins for device offerings at a multinational company. Several years of Product Management experience with commercial responsibility and pricing/bundling models required. Standard hybrid work model.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- Several years of Product Management experience (ideally in telecommunications industry) with commercial responsibility
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality, and strong stakeholder management
- Experience with pricing, bundling, and financing models
- High digital and eCommerce affinity
- Data-driven, analytically strong, and execution-focused approach
- Fluent English; German (strong advantage)
Tasks
- Build and scale the Device Management business.
- Develop strategy for the Device Management business.
- Develop business cases for device offerings.
- Define pricing strategies for devices.
- Manage product margins for devices.
- Ensure commercial success of the device business.
- Define and evolve a competitive device portfolio.
- Include standalone devices and subscription bundles.
- Design and improve the end-to-end customer journey.
- Enhance device experience across the customer lifecycle.
- Attract new customers using devices.
- Create upsell opportunities for existing customers.
- Create loyalty opportunities for existing customers.
- Collaborate with Online, Telesales, and Retail teams.
- Support conversion across sales channels.
- Improve user experience across sales channels.
- Enhance commercial performance across sales channels.
- Manage external partners (hardware supply, logistics, eCommerce).
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Care).
- Conduct business forecasting.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Steer demand and inventory.
- Optimize profitability and sustainable growth.
