- Ensure interfaces and datasets for AI agents are in place
- Prioritize improvements to data quality and documentation
- Enhance self-serve tooling for internal teams
- Design and own measurable platform KPIs
- Connect KPIs to business outcomes like revenue and efficiency
- Collaborate across departments to understand workflows
- Translate user needs into effective platform capabilities
