- Turn complex hypotheses into user-centered solutions
- Direct AI agents within design processes
- Plan and synthesize user research
- Conduct usability tests with external partners
- Translate insights into evidence-based recommendations
- Design interaction models for AI workflows
- Ensure transparency of AI agent behavior
- Facilitate design reviews and workshops
- Lead discovery sprints to align stakeholders
