- Collaborate with PM and Engineering on product decisions
- Translate strategy into detailed requirements
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with engineering
- Drive features from concept to launch

- Own product outcomes from problem framing to iteration
- Design complex features with high visual and strategic standards
- Maintain high quality in visual and interaction design
- Elevate design through critique and peer collaboration
- Ensure quality throughout development
- Prepare products for go-to-market
- Contribute to design system and AI patterns
