- Act as the sole designer on projects
- Move fast and independently on projects
- Design impactful product features
- Deliver impactful product features
- Own the design process from ideation
- Own the design process to final handoff
- Iterate on designs in the open
- Help create a culture for pitching ideas
- Use our design system
- Contribute to our design system
- Develop deep understanding of construction domain
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs
