Description

In this role, you will lead teams in the design and analysis of ADME assays, providing DMPK expertise to guide drug discovery efforts. Your work will involve collaboration across functions, presenting findings to stakeholders, and mentoring junior scientists.

Requirements

• •Ph.D. in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• •Extensive experience in DMPK, assay development in biotransformation, particularly metabolite identification from in vitro and in vivo studies
• •Strong experience in high-resolution mass spectrometry and analytics
• •Solid background in drug discovery and development processes, scientific rigor, efficiency, and strong organizational skills
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments
• •Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• •Knowledge of relevant methodologies and technologies for biotransformation studies
• •English fluent; verbally and in writing

• •Lead matrix teams in a laboratory setting
