Requirements

  • •Master’s degree, Ph.D., or closely related field
  • •Background in energy systems modeling and optimization
  • •Strong proficiency in Python
  • •Knowledge of C/C++
  • •Experience in power system modeling and simulation
  • •Familiarity with BESS architectures and components
  • •Experience with energy management algorithms for batteries
  • •Experience with SCADA systems or EMS/SCADA development
  • •Understanding of European electricity markets and grid
  • •Experience with embedded systems or HIL testing
  • •Experience leading project teams
  • •Excellent communication skills
  • •Fluent English
  • •Chinese or other European languages advantageous
  • •Professional experience with Linux operating systems

Tasks

  • •Design and implement EMS control strategies
  • •Simulate BESS dispatch across various market conditions
  • •Develop high-fidelity battery and power conversion models
  • •Integrate management systems into ESS solutions
  • •Build advanced linear and nonlinear optimization models
  • •Create forecasting algorithms for multi-objective energy management
  • •Validate algorithm performance using HIL and CHIL environments
  • •Provide technical insights for European energy solutions
  • •Collaborate with software and hardware development teams
