- Knowledge of MATLAB highly recommended
- Knowledge of Python highly recommended

- Outstanding Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanics, or comparable field
- Proven experience in power train design
- Proven experience in mechatronic system modelling
- Ease communicating in English
- German language skills are a valuable plus
Tasks
- Drive dimensioning, analysis, and optimization of mechatronic components
- Propose transmission and power train components for mechatronic architecture
- Develop and maintain dimensioning tools for integrated robot systems
- Demonstrate expertise in multibody simulation and structural analysis
- Support system and component testing by specifying test bench designs
- Design and integrate sensors and electronic modules
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with international R&D teams in Sweden and China
- Share lessons learned and best practices with colleagues
