Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaft, IT, Produktion), vergleichbare Qualifikation oder Quereinstieg mit ERP-Prozesskenntnissen
  • Berufserfahrung in Prozessoptimierung (Fertigungsunternehmen)
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise
  • Starke Argumentations-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Zuhörfähigkeit und Kundenanalyse
  • Teamgeist, Motivation, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Tasks

  • Kunden bei der Einführung von IFS Cloud beraten
  • Anforderungsanalysen und Lösungskonzepte erstellen
  • Geschäftsprozesse in der Fertigung implementieren und optimieren
  • Workshops, Coachings und Schulungen vorbereiten und durchführen
  • Kunden bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragen begleiten
  • Manufacturing-Teilprojekte leiten oder bearbeiten
