Requirements
- Many years of experience in Power Automation, protection systems, or substation automation architectures

Tasks
- Transform classical engineering workflows into AI-enabled approaches
- Translate Power Automation workflows into AI-assisted prototypes
- Collaborate with software architects, developers, UX specialists, and AI experts
- Validate AI-based concepts for engineering feasibility and consistency
- Contribute to architecture-aligned engineering concepts
- Develop enablement materials and conduct workshops
- Provide technical mentorship to global engineering teams
- Define and supervise metrics for engineering tool effectiveness
- Drive improvements in development cycle efficiency
- Stay ahead of AI-assisted engineering trends
