- Drive platform adoption through documentation and migration support
- Make architectural decisions to optimize system throughput
- Improve developer workflows using DevEx and flow metrics
- Abstract technical complexity while preserving system transparency
- Partner with SRE, Security, and Product Engineering teams
- Provide technical direction through well-reasoned trade-offs
