Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience
  • •3+ years running Kubernetes in production
  • •Strong Terraform experience
  • •Strong GitOps workflows experience
  • •Deep AWS knowledge
  • •Experience monitoring ETL pipelines
  • •Experience with analytics workloads
  • •Excitement for AI-native operations tools
  • •Proficiency in Python or Kotlin/Java
  • •Familiarity with FastAPI, Spring Boot, Django, or gRPC
  • •Ability to work independently
  • •Ability to mentor others
  • •Ability to drive technical decisions
  • •Strong written communication skills
  • •Comfort with ambiguity
  • •Motivation to build at the intersection of AI and infrastructure

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Own the cloud platform
  • •Manage Kubernetes clusters for real-time voice agents
  • •Oversee ClickHouse analytics pipelines processing millions of events
  • •Monitor ClickHouse cluster health
  • •Ensure sub-200ms latency for voice AI
  • •Track data pipeline quality
  • •Implement AI-native incident management tools
  • •Automate root cause analysis
  • •Operate and optimize AWS EKS infrastructure with Terraform
  • •Maintain ETL workflows and batch jobs
  • •Ensure data freshness and quality
  • •Design API failover strategies
  • •Implement caching layers
  • •Continuously optimize infrastructure
  • •Maintain Skaffold-based local development environments
  • •Enhance CI/CD pipelines
  • •Build internal productivity tooling
  • •Implement and monitor SLOs
  • •Use AI tools for log analysis
  • •Improve visibility through structured logging
