Requirements

  • •Proven research excellence with publications in peer-reviewed journals
  • •Deep expertise in plant biology, pharmacology, and natural product chemistry
  • •Advanced proficiency with analytical techniques including chromatography and mass spectrometry
  • •Strong management experience

Tasks

  • •Make breakthrough discoveries in botanical feed science
  • •Drive independent programs to identify novel plant species for PhytoComplex development
  • •Establish innovative analytical methodologies for characterizing bioactive compounds
  • •Design and execute laboratory experiments to evaluate plant-derived PhytoComplex efficacy and safety
  • •Pioneer applications of complexity science to assess multi-compound interactions in PhytoComplexes
  • •Lead scientific documentation and maintain detailed research records for patents and publications
  • •Present research findings to internal stakeholders and external scientific communities
  • •Support regulatory submissions for phytocomplex innovations
  • •Provide guidance on botany topics to team members
  • •Coordinate with other departments for seamless integration of processes and projects
