Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in performance engineering or systems QA
- •Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, TLS, WireGuard)
- •Proven ability to analyze latency, throughput, and stability metrics
- •Proficiency in Python or similar scripting language, or Rust/C/C++
- •Familiarity with network emulation and simulation tools
- •Experience with monitoring and observability stacks and CI/CD pipelines
- •Cross-platform experience with Linux, macOS, Windows, Android, and iOS
- •Analytical and methodical, yet creative in solving complex performance problems
- •Comfortable working with uncertainty and non-deterministic conditions
- •Collaborative mindset, able to work across client, infrastructure, and data teams
- •Strong communication and documentation skills in English

- •Identify bottlenecks and regressions in performance
- •Collaborate with teams to optimize protocol handling and connection setup
- •Create dashboards and reports to track performance health
- •Set up automated alerts for global performance monitoring
- •Contribute to resilient connectivity strategies
- •Mentor others and promote a data-driven performance culture
