- Proven experience managing VAR ecosystems
- Proven experience managing GSI/Tech alliances
- Strong track record in pipeline creation
- Strong track record in co-sell execution
- Strong track record in forecast ownership
- Experience leading high-performing teams
- Strong executive presence
- Strong stakeholder management
- Fluent German
- Fluent English
Tasks
- Lead and scale the Genesys partner ecosystem in Central Europe and Benelux
- Drive pipeline, bookings, and strategic growth through VAR partners and Global System Integrators/Technology Alliances
- Define and execute the regional partner strategy for VAR ecosystem and GSI & Tech Alliances
- Prioritize key partners, industry plays, and AI-led use cases
- Build and drive joint business plans with top partners
- Recruit, lead, and develop a team of 5 Partner Sales Managers
- Set clear targets for pipeline generation, bookings, and partner productivity
- Foster a culture of ownership, forecast discipline, and execution excellence
- Own regional targets for partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and bookings growth (YoY)
- Ensure strong pipeline coverage, forecasting accuracy, and deal hygiene
- Orchestrate co-sell motions between Genesys Account Executives, partner sellers, and alliance ecosystems
- Drive account targeting, deal registration discipline, and pipeline acceleration
- Ensure structured enablement across sales, pre-sales, and delivery
- Drive adoption of Genesys Cloud + AI use cases and integrations with AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow
- Scale partner capabilities through certifications, COEs, and delivery readiness
- Run QBRs with top partners and internal pipeline reviews
- Build strong C-level relationships across key partners
- Ensure performance tracking, MDF governance, and compliance with program standards
