Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, partner management, or commercial experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or embedded finance
  • Strong understanding of regulated banking products and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex commercial relationships
  • Proficient in KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis
  • Experienced in account planning, solution-based selling, and joint business planning
  • Confident working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking

Tasks

  • Take full commercial ownership of a portfolio of strategic partners
  • Drive revenue growth and product adoption
  • Lead joint planning and upsell execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize account value
  • Advise partners on Solaris's regulated product offerings
  • Navigate regulated banking environments and compliance frameworks
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within partner base
  • Position Solaris as a strategic enabler for partner growth
  • Lead structured account planning cycles
  • Define joint goals with partners and align with Solaris's roadmap
  • Track success metrics at partner and internal levels
  • Monitor leading indicators like volumes and activation rates
  • Use data insights to manage partner health and commercial decisions
  • Propose course corrections based on partner behavior analysis
  • Act as the voice of the partner internally
  • Identify and address partner dissatisfaction proactively
  • Ensure partners comply with outsourcing and regulatory requirements
  • Lead internal discussions on commercial, legal, and operational matters
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment across internal teams
