Requirements

  • Core Oracle and CRS 11g, 12c, 18c, 19c, 23ai Database DBA skills
  • Preferably Oracle Certified Master (OCM)
  • Expertise in Exadata infrastructure
  • Expertise in Exadata Cloud @ Customer and Autonomous
  • Expertise in Oracle Performance Tuning
  • PL/SQL Development skills
  • Bash / KSH Shell Scripting
  • Python 2.7 / 3.x Development
  • Ansible Playbook Development
  • Database scripting and automation technologies
  • Knowledge of Java 7/8 Development Skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle APEX
  • Knowledge of Git / Stash
  • Knowledge of JIRA
  • Strong experience with Oracle 11g R2/12c/18/19C RAC (build, administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning)

Tasks

  • Develop automation platforms and modules for database support
  • Analyze incidents for root causes
  • Update platforms and automation to eliminate problems
  • Develop platform automation tooling to eliminate toil
  • Support application development teams with product and performance selection
  • Provide L3 product support for Exadata Cloud and Oracle Databases
  • Design database models
