Requirements
- •PhD or MSc in Physics or Engineering
- •5+ years of experience in metrology and/or testing of micro-optics and/or optoelectronic systems
- •Strong hands-on experience developing and operating optical test benches
- •Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing verification and test plans
- •Practical experience with automation tools such as LabVIEW and/or Python
- •Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple parallel priorities
- •Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- •Experience with a variety of optical spectroscopy techniques
- •Industry experience in consumer electronics
- •Familiarity with micro-optical manufacturing and processing techniques

- •Define and implement test infrastructure, including opto-mechanics and electronics
- •Develop test plans and validation strategies for optical characterization

- •Supervise prototype and pre-production testing phases
- •Support system definition and prototyping activities across functions
- •Implement process improvements for test result reliability and traceability
- •Manage and maintain lab infrastructure, including planning and improvements
- •Mentor and coach junior team members
