Tasks
- Manage operational procurement for a defined therapeutic area
- Ensure reliable and compliant supply of pharmaceuticals, APIs, and components
- Act as Single Point of Contact for CDMOs
- Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment with Sales, Quality, Artwork, and Logistics
- Manage full purchase order lifecycle in SAP S/4HANA
- Create and track purchase orders, confirmations, and deadlines
- Post goods receipts and verify invoices
- Monitor stock levels and manage bridging stock scenarios
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product availability
- Maintain procurement-relevant master data and ensure data quality
- Contribute to supply chain projects like divestments and transfers
- Work closely with Sales, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs
- Support business operations activities
- Map and visualize processes
- Report KPIs and conduct data analysis
