- Work with existing online technologies and game codebase
- Take ownership of core backend systems
- Maintain an overview of backend technologies and interactions
- Evolve system architecture for scalability and robustness
- Debug and optimize backend modules
- Collaborate with game designers, developers, and QA
- Create a smooth, secure, and scalable online experience
- Support and mentor junior programmers
- Share knowledge and help junior programmers grow
- Contribute ideas to improve products and team processes
- Contribute to documentation and automated testing
