Requirements
- •4-year University Degree in Motion Graphics, Design, or 3D Animation
- •6+ years of motion design experience
- •Extensive experience with global consumer brands
- •Award-winning portfolio of A-list client work
- •Proven track record of impactful design across all platforms
- •Experience with global brands and international teams
- •Fantastic asset management and organization skills
- •Previous advertising agency experience preferred
- •Ability to function independently and collaborate
- •Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- •Experience using Figma
- •Cinema 4D & Redshift experience or other relevant 3D tools
- •Ability to create graphic layouts, storyboards, and animatics
- •Ability to move at speed without compromising quality
- •Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
- •Ability to provide a reel of previous work
- •Fluency in English
- •Proactive in helping others succeed
- •Willingness to continuously learn and challenge the status quo
