Requirements
- Proven MES programming/modeling experience
- Exposure to commercial MES systems
- GMP manufacturing experience
- Fill & Finish or sterile/aseptic manufacturing experience (plus)
- Academic degree in IT or related field (advantageous)
- Programming experience
- Hands-on TypeScript experience (plus)
- Cross-functional work enjoyment
- Communication with various stakeholders
- Process optimization enjoyment
- Willingness to learn German
Tasks
- Translate process requirements into MES recipes
- Identify system interface optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with MES management and process owners
- Enhance data flows with cross-functional partners
- Develop integrations with ERP, LIMS, and automation systems
- Develop and revise MES recipes using Typescript
- Configure production recipes using object library
- Manage MES master data (Products, Locations, Equipment, Materials)
- Fulfill quality record requirements (process change controls, CAPA, deviations)
- Draft and execute test scripts for recipe validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Develop interfaces to ERP, LIMS, and automation systems
- Develop concepts for optimal data flow with interfaces
- Define MES system requirements for further development
- Support production via Helpdesk
- Assist with production issues
