Requirements
- University degree in Physics, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable technical field
- 5+ years experience in sensing, semiconductor, or MEMS environments
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, statistical methods, project management tools, FMEA, and DOE
- Very good written and spoken English command
- Proven experience in leading technical projects
- Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills
- Highly analytical, solution-oriented mindset, strong initiative, independence, structured working style, results orientation
Tasks
- Implement manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery
- Perform research on products and manufacturing processes
- Share research findings with senior engineers
- Integrate MEMS products holistically
- Ensure consistent and seamless manufacturing processes
- Perform in-depth data analysis
- Identify process issues, yield losses, and material anomalies
- Conduct DOE studies and process window analyses
- Derive sustainable process optimizations
- Lead technology transfers and new product introductions
- Lead production optimization projects
- Ensure adherence to project timelines
- Coordinate with process engineering teams
- Manage hold/release processes
- Actively participate in the Material Review Board (MRB)
- Support new product transfers to mass production
- Drive continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives
- Contribute to increasing overall production yield
- Perform risk analyses
- Ensure proper documentation for change management
- Collaborate with development and process engineering teams
