Tasks
- Lead medical strategy and execution for MidSized Markets
- Contribute to Midsized Markets Leadership Team discussions
- Develop medical strategy for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases
- Oversee all aspects of medical strategy and execution
- Align efforts with access, regulatory, and commercial objectives
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on medical strategy
- Translate global medical strategies into local strategies
- Represent the company as a senior medical expert in oncology
- Analyze and interpret clinical data for strategic insights
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and scientific societies
- Lead scientific exchange and advisory board meetings
- Provide medical leadership on evidence generation activities
- Execute publication plans and scientific communication
- Lead medical launch readiness for oncology products
- Support value communication and reimbursement interactions
- Manage lifecycle activities for new indications and label updates
- Review and approve non-promotional materials
- Recruit country Medical teams
- Establish medical processes and governance
- Foster a culture of scientific rigor and compliance
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Represent Medical Affairs in governance and risk management forums
