  • Lead Agency Analyst owning end-to-end model and recommendation layer for €100M+ client
  • Experience with failure modes at scale
  • Advanced SQL (raw events)
  • Experience with modern warehouses (BigQuery/Snowflake/dbt)
  • Python/R for complex modeling and AI workflows
  • Use of Claude/Cursor for output enhancement
  • Hands-on with Shopify
  • Hands-on with Klaviyo
  • Hands-on with Meta/Google Ads
  • Hands-on with attribution layers (Klar, Northbeam, Triple Whale)
  • Expert in MMM
  • Expert in MTA
  • Expert in incrementality testing
  • Knowledge of which lever to pull and when a test is statistically valid
  • Self-directed
  • Commercially minded
  • Fluent in English
  • German language skills (plus)
  • Veteran of high-GMV environments

Tasks

  • Own monthly CAC and MTA models
  • Advise on optimal spend allocation
  • Identify channel saturation and creative fatigue
  • Optimize PDP performance using data
  • Improve recommendation logic and checkout flows
  • Surface hidden friction in prescription steps
  • Lead test backlog with E-com Manager
  • Ensure experiments have defined parameters
  • Write SQL and dbt models for core dashboards
  • Define specs for Engineering
  • Conduct quarterly tracking pipeline audits
  • Ensure budget decisions are based on trusted data
  • Analyze LTV and repurchase rates
  • Measure time-to-second-order
  • Drive long-term growth
  • Build operational patient segmentations
  • Measure Klaviyo flow performance
  • Enforce rigorous testing standards
  • Maintain central library of learnings
  • Design regional holdouts
  • Measure brand and influencer spend impact
