Requirements

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or law
  • Several years of experience in financial services
  • Desirable exposure to market-making reporting
  • Reliability, detail-orientation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Enjoyment of working with large data sets
  • Ideal SQL experience
  • Regnology/Abacus platform experience is a plus
  • Independent work in dynamic environment
  • Excellent English and German command

Tasks

  • Lead end-to-end preparation of regulatory reports
  • Submit regulatory reports
  • Prepare Pillar 1 reports
  • Prepare EU statistical reporting
  • Prepare German statistical reporting
  • Prepare Pillar 2 reports
  • Prepare transaction reporting
  • Interpret new regulatory requirements
  • Assess strategic relevance of new regulations
  • Ensure reporting processes remain compliant
  • Manage continuous improvement of processes
  • Manage automation of processes
  • Manage transformation of processes
  • Manage improvement of controls
  • Manage automation of controls
  • Manage transformation of controls
  • Manage improvement of data quality
  • Manage automation of data quality
  • Manage transformation of data quality
  • Own regulatory reporting for new product processes
  • Own regulatory reporting for geographic market expansion
  • Act as point person for internal auditors

Work Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
