Tasks
- Ensure compliance with Federal Social Security regulations
- Manage Global Mobility payroll for HQ
- Conduct payroll accounting and audits
- Contribute to HR practice optimization and compliance
- File social security contributions and statutory information requests
- Solve routine social security issues
- Organize team to meet deadlines
- Lead and develop a team of specialists
- Implement processes for efficiency and standardization
- Maintain accurate policy and procedure documentation
- Participate in HR projects related to social security and payroll
- Drive continuous improvement in social security and payroll processes
- Collaborate with Sr. Director Payroll Tax and Sr. Manager Corporate Wage Tax
- Deliver and process monthly and year-end social security activities
- Ensure payroll, accounting, and auxiliary system compliance
- Communicate changes in policies and regulations to stakeholders
- Act as subject matter expert on social security compliance
- Stay current with payroll processing policies and software updates
- Generate reports for internal management and external audits
- Respond to complex inquiries from team members and Corporate Tax
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and consultants
- Ensure satisfactory service standards from vendors
- Report to local authorities on social security matters
- Assist in social security regulation audits
- Implement measures from audits
- Serve as primary contact for social security matters
- Consult and support HR Services on social security issues
- Support Rewards / HR Partners on social security matters
- Revise existing guidelines and document cross-departmental workflows
- Participate in projects involving social security and payroll
