Requirements

  • Higher university degree (PhD or Master) in health science related disciplines
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical environment in Switzerland
  • Deep knowledge of the local healthcare system and PRA/HTA process in Switzerland
  • Business acumen and mastery of scientific data interpretation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to lead and influence without authority
  • Good organizational skills in a regulated environment
  • Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to adapt to and embrace change
  • Capability to change behavioral style to achieve goals

Tasks

  • Initiate and develop market access and pricing strategies for Lilly medicines
  • Create national, evidence-based value dossiers to support brand value
  • Analyze data to inform business cases and market access strategies
  • Assess competitor actions and their impact on Lilly's market access success
  • Implement business solutions based on access policies and market trends
  • Develop and communicate a cross-functional stakeholder strategy
  • Align PRA strategies with other functions in the integrated planning process
  • Provide access expertise on selected projects with local and international teams
  • Finalize and disseminate deliverables in a proactive and transparent manner
  • Drive synergies and efficiencies using insights for commercialization decisions
