- •Deep knowledge of the local healthcare system and PRA/HTA process in Switzerland
- •Business acumen and mastery of scientific data interpretation
- •Excellent written and oral communication skills
- •Capability to lead and influence without authority
- •Good organizational skills in a regulated environment
- •Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills

- •Initiate and develop market access and pricing strategies for Lilly medicines
- •Create national, evidence-based value dossiers to support brand value
- •Analyze data to inform business cases and market access strategies
- •Assess competitor brands and their impact on Lilly's market access success
- •Implement business solutions based on access policies and market trends
- •Develop and communicate a cross-functional stakeholder strategy
- •Align PRA strategies with other functions in the integrated planning process
- •Provide access expertise on selected projects with local and international teams
- •Finalize and disseminate deliverables in a proactive and transparent manner
- •Drive synergies and efficiencies using insights for commercialization decisions
