  • Lead finance workstreams for manufacturing back-charge processes
  • Lead and support costing for launch operations
  • Lead and support costing for new SKUs
  • Monitor site operational performance
  • Analyze operational variances and trends
  • Develop the annual budget
  • Manage the projections cycle
  • Develop the Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP)
  • Oversee month-end closing activities
  • Manage MJE postings
  • Process financial accruals
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment
  • Ensure SOX compliance
  • Mitigate financial risks
  • Prepare periodic financial reports
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports
  • Support internal and external audit requests
  • Contribute to global or site projects
  • Respond to senior management requests
