In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping a strong safety culture across the organization. Daily activities will involve developing EHS strategies, managing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, all while collaborating with leaders and teams across Europe and the UK.

Requirements

• •7+ years of EHS management experience
• •Excellent knowledge of WHS legislation and Global Standards
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Experience in developing safety management systems
• •Experience in developing environmental initiatives
• •Demonstrated leadership experience
• •Ability to lead and motivate a team
• •Strong planning and organisational skills
• •Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline
• •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
• •Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, Power BI
• •Lead Auditor certification
• •Experience in incident investigations
• •Regional travel as required

Tasks

• •Develop and implement a proactive EHS management system
• •Track, analyze, and assess EHS metrics
• •Advise management on company impacts and improvements
• •Champion the psychosocial risk management program
• •Lead worker consultative arrangements
• •Oversee accident and incident investigation processes
• •Implement corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement
• •Collaborate with the Global EHS team
• •Lead the regional risk management process
• •Manage injury and return-to-work programs for affected workers
• •Prepare and submit regulatory reports on time
• •Lead emergency response planning and incident response
• •Oversee office and remote ergonomics
• •Manage accident report oversight and pandemic planning
