Requirements

  • •Degree in business, IT, engineering, business information systems, or digital discipline
  • •More than 8 years of experience in process consulting and SAP solutions
  • •Familiarity with SAP Activate and project management methodologies
  • •Leadership experience managing teams of at least 10 people
  • •Experience leading transformation programs
  • •Team player with responsibility on projects
  • •Relevant leadership experience in coaching and client relations
  • •Ability to drive RFPs for new business
  • •Innovative mindset with exposure to GenAI and Cloud
  • •Strong analytical skills and fluent in English and German
  • •Flexibility to work in Switzerland and abroad

Tasks

  • •Work with clients on supply chain operations processes
  • •Evaluate SAP solutions in Fit to Standard workshops
  • •Advise on design and implementation of SAP solutions
  • •Support clients in integrating IoT and predictive analytics with S/4HANA
  • •Manage sub-teams and project work streams
  • •Lead transformation programs in fast-paced environments
  • •Contribute to the development of the SAP consulting team
  • •Expand capabilities through targeted training
  • •Foster teamwork, trust, and mutual support within the team
  • •Coach and mentor team members
  • •Lead teams of at least 10 people as a Senior Manager
  • •Oversee at least one transformation program as a Director
  • •Drive RFPs to generate new business
